Rules of the game
These are the general rules that apply across The Lucky Numbers Club. Always check the individual competition page as its draw method and unsold-number rule may be different.
Choosing numbers
Select from the numbers shown as available on the competition page. The maximum number of selections allowed in one order is shown on that page.
Reserving and paying
A selected number may be held for 10 minutes while payment is arranged. Only paid and confirmed entries are valid, and each number can only be allocated once.
How the winner is decided
Each competition page explains the exact external draw, draw date and winning-number method used for that competition.
Unsold winning numbers
The individual competition page will state what happens if the winning number is unsold. Some competitions may use a second-chance draw, while others may award no prize.
Prizes and refunds
The advertised prize and any cash alternative will be shown on the competition page. Confirmed entries are non-refundable.
